I was a lot like you, a busy businessman and Dad working
130 hours a week, all for my kids.
I was doing great at work,
but as a Dad... let's just say
...something was missing.
There was a disconnect between the Dad I wanted to be
& the Dad I was being, and it was hurting my family.
After a long day at work, there was just no telling what kind of mood I’d be in when I got home or what would be the smallest trigger that would set me off.
I didn’t think it was possible to give 100% at my job and
do the same at home, and I was burning out trying to keep everyone happy.
Surely, anyone who tried was either superhuman or knew something different, because it was destroying everything I was working so hard for.
Now, I’m no superhuman and I’m definitely not burnt - out anymore, I repaired my relationship with our kids, have an amazing relationship with my Bride & we grow our businesses all at the same time
So once we found out how we could do this, it feels selfish not to share the info with other busy Dads and families.
